wonder if i could complete all story modes in wwe'13 with playable speed. how much fps i will get if i keep my pc on top performance using game booster etc.??

Your computer is far too slow, and game boosters don't help

^This. An old Pentium D won't be nearly enough to run this at full speed (though I think the GPU might be *just* enough), especially since all the WWE games seem to have oddly high CPU requirements in Dolphin.
Also, I'm tired of having to paste this in every thread, but 3.5-367 is an old build that you got from an unofficial site. There are newer builds on the official site: http://dolphin-emu.org/download/

Mainly WWE '12 and WWE '13. But GC games are painful to emulate too
