well yes, but i have NEVER seen v-sync do 60hz/60fps
altho in theory it should be 60hz/60fps (1hz = 1 frame drawn on monitor per second)



@cmccmc : he did have a valid point. didn't read the vsync stuff cause i was like...half asleep Tongue
