KeyBoard Troubles - gator647 - 06-09-2013
I looked thru the forums and no one talks about keyboards. So here is my thread.
When i start the program i activate one wii controller which is called (emulated wiimote)
and set my key configurations. I start the game i wish to play and it tells me to plug the wiimote in with the nunchuck. That graphic stays on while i scratch my head in confusion. When i press the "home" key the menu pops up and i can mouse the mouse around and go into wiimote seetings or i can click wii menu. i get out of it and it still wont leave that instructive page which tells me to connect the wiimote and nun chuck. Please help! Thanks a lot!

"Connect" the emulated nunchuk. Obviously a Wii game isn't gonna know that you're using a keyboard.
Anyway, if that doesn't work, uh... I dunno what you can do about that. I think that's a Dolphin bug, since I've seen more than a few reports of games not detecting nunchuks, real or emulated.

Yeah you don't have a nunchuk as you don't have a Wiimote. You configured your Wiimote so just do the same thing with your Nunchuk.
Also show us your Wiimote config. And tell us which game(s) you're trying to play

Im trying to play Skyward sword. And i set up the button actions for the wiimote and the nunchuck. is there a specific configuration for it to work?

Just tried my ps3 remote. got it to recognize it thru the configurations but it says wii mote has been interrupted...

Oh, Skyward Sword's not gonna work unless you have a proper Wii Remote with MotionPlus (either built-in or as a dongle) or you use the old Emulated MotionPlus builds (spoiler: these aren't any fun at all, please don't use them).

You can try emulated Mlotion Plus in last resort. I say "last resort" because it isn't the best deal to play this game
