50% CPU usage - Bloodzure - 06-06-2013
Hello, I have kind of the same problem as http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-dolphin-high-cpu-usage
When I start up any game, it takes 50% of my CPU and I go down to like 30FPS, and 20FPS when I open up OBS to stream. I would use XSplit but there is a problem with that I need to fix too. Here are my specs.

Dolphin is a dual core application and your CPU has 4cores 4 threads ...
50% Load is normal
