Can You Set Up Dolphin Pro To Emulate These Functions from The Past Dolphin Archive:

Emulate Nintendo DS and DSi games down to Game Boy Advanced.

Enable Free Look for ALL games, including games being emulated for Nintendo DS and DSi that have 3-D world or battle Systems Capacity? (Such as Pokemon Games, Fossil Fighters, Dragon Quest IX, ect...)

Develop it to enable Texture Changing and Dumping

Develop it to use Frame Dumping with the codecs of your own choosing? (Such as Xvid or Full Frames... whatever is installed on your system)

Develop it with Save States

Develop it with a Cheat Engine that works with NDS and NDSi games, as well as WiiU games

Develop it with backup exporter and importer that imports (and exports) the common and uncommon backup memory cards from Wii, Wii U, Nds, Ndsi, and Gamecube (Like maxdrive, .duc, .sav, .gcs or what the ever it's called for Game Cube backup save exports).

Plays Gamecube Games just like Wii games with all the mentioned above.

Has Nintendo 64 possible integration? (Not likely, but could happen)

Has a notch where you can level the speed of the emulator to play smoothly (For recording purposes), even though it will then play slow. (Like limit FPS, numbered with None, Auto, Audio, Smooth Optimized {May Be Slow}, Fast Optimized {May Skip Frames}, 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 75, 80, 90, 100, 120, 125, 129, 130, 150, 175, 200, 250, 300)

Plays most games.

What's Dolphin Pro?

RE: Dolphin Pro Suggestions: - pauldacheez - 06-05-2013

-Dolphin Pro doesn't exist. It's an inside joke.
-Dolphin is a GameCube and Wii emulator, and will never emulate any other systems (not even the Wii U).
-Dolphin only emulates two systems because most of the internal hardware's identical or very similar. The DS and N64 have absolutely no shared hardware with the GameCube or Wii, so why the fuck would it make sense to tack DS and N64 emulation on?
-We have most of the other features (free look, texture replacement/dumping, frame dumping, save states, some cheat support, savegame importing from/exporting to most formats, adjustable framelimit), even if they're not perfect.
-Dolphin is made by men, not gods – nobody's gonna implement every feature under the sun to fulfill someone's wet dream of an emulator.

Obviously we just need more women on the project.

OP, Dolphin Pro already does all of these things. That's why it's taking so long to release. We want to make sure it's perfect first.

Short answer: No

Long answer: No way

Dolphin Pro doesn't exist. It was a joke that ran on and unsuspecting users like yourself fell for it.

...At least, that's what they want you to think. The real Dolphin Pro is probably out there, being developed in absolute secrecy. Ever notice how every thread about Dolphin Pro gets closed for some reason...
