360 Config Issue - rock - 06-04-2013
Below is my config for 360 controller the problem here is with how to change the key to collect stars especially in Super Mario Galaxy the movement key and Collect stars is same Left Stick

Clear everything in Nunchuk > Swing, then set Wiimote 1 > IR to the right stick instead of the left stick.
I'd also recommend setting C to LB and Z to LT (or vice versa), setting +/- to Start/Back, setting Home to that big middle Dashboard button thingy, setting everything in Wiimote 1 > Shake to B, and setting B to RT.

Nope, I've never used a 360 'pad with my computer before (I have two, but I need one of those adapters to use 'em), and I run OS X anyway so the drivers would recognize the buttons differently and you'd have to re-set it up to get it to work.

I'm surprised that there is no specific guide everyone says it works out of box but it doesn't and most people use Wii Remote only

This should be a playable config for SMG1, but not necessarily a good config. You'll need to put it in Dolphin\User\Config\Profiles\Wiimote and change the extension to .ini, and then load it in dolphin.

I attempted to link a config I use to play SMG with that post, but it didn't happen, potentially leading to some confusion. It's completely playable (I think) but not necessarily the best option. It also might be the exact same as yours.

Yes that's what i meant and i feel most users use the Wii Remote hence they never report it.

Can I just ask why you've set something to be swing? You only use that in golf/tennis etc, and never use it in SMG.
