At this time, probably not. The 3DS hasn't been investigated and hacked enough so that we know the structure of 3DS ROMs, much less the levels for a game recently released.

It would be impossible, currently. Those ROMs are encrypted, and we can't really open them up, I dont think yellows8 or neimod could right now lol (unless Neimod somehow is using the hack to get VRAM access and streams the asset content to some sort of storage, but this new game requires firmware that has a fixed kernal, thats a problem, so a hardware method like his RAM simulation board may have to be used if the data isnt encrypted when it hits the normal RAM, and not VRAM since I think thats in the SoC).

How the 3DS was recently unlocked (hacked, jailbreak) any news on the topic, or there is no extracting files from 3ds roms?
