Multiplayer Controls don't work (Wii) - Hebas - 05-20-2013
Hello,
I want to play New Super Mario Bros Wii with a Friend (NetPlay).
He can join my Server and we also can chat together, but when I start the Game, we can't skip Intros etc. (both of us are playing with Keyboard and mouse)
Well, the curious thing is that in Singleplayer the controls work, I can skip Intros, move character etc.
We can't figure out what the solution is, it would be nice if you could help us.

Wiimotes (emulated or real) don't work over netplay. Be sure to read the netplay guide. - http://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Netplay_Guide

Damn, I thought only Real Wiimotes don't work in Netplay.
Are there even games for Wii that work with a GC Controller?

Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Mario Kart are probably the two most popular. IIRC, it's possible to use play them via netplay, when using GC controllers. There are a couple of videos of people doing this as well.
