Is it posseble to use my xbox controller as p1 and keyboard mouse as p2 so i can play brawl and kart multiplayer?

yep. use njoy and the default wiimote plugin.

Can you still use 2 xbox controllers if they are both wired? is there no driver clashing?

nope - they aren't like mice which needs a paid third party driver
They use just the same driver.

That is possible to use xbox as p1 and keyboard mouse as p2. For that you have required to wiimote control oddity (SMG) plugin for it. After that plugin you can play as multiplayer in any game.
