Unresponsive triggers in Zelda WW - KamiGreen - 05-01-2013 Hi everyone. So this is my first message but I swear I’ve looked and looked before posting this: I am playing Zelda Wind Waker on Dolphin, and am having a bit of a problem with my triggers. I was tired of playing with my keyboard so I purchased a USB adapter called “3in1 MagicJoyBox”, which is compatible with my Mac, to connect my Gamecube remote. I have set up the buttons on the GCpad. Every button on the remote works fine in the setup. But once I am in the game, they all work, except for the triggers (L and R), which do not respond. I think I’ve set up the analogs fine (pressing more lightly on them is the answer if I understood right?) but nothing happens in the game. Any suggestions? I can’t play this game without the triggers… I'll provide any info necessary, I just can't think of anything you experts will need just now RE: Unresponsive triggers in Zelda WW - Billiard26 - 05-04-2013 Show your GCPad config dialog. I'm guessing you've just not mapped your triggers.. RE: Unresponsive triggers in Zelda WW - KamiGreen - 05-06-2013 Ok, here it is http://postimg.org/image/fqd4q22oj/ RE: Unresponsive triggers in Zelda WW - Billiard26 - 05-06-2013 You're experiencing the effects of an already fixed issue. Your dolphin version is outdated. Update. RE: Unresponsive triggers in Zelda WW - LordVador - 05-06-2013 @KamiGreen: What Billiard26 means is that the build you've been using isn't the latest one. You got it from a wrong source (the old website). You're on the new official website and you can get latest builds here Download Page RE: Unresponsive triggers in Zelda WW - KamiGreen - 05-10-2013 Hi, Sorry it took me so long to get back at you. I did realise in the meantime that I indeed went to the old site. But what I just did was to install a stable version, and it works fine for now. Thank you both for your help! RE: Unresponsive triggers in Zelda WW - Dladak - 05-22-2013 I'm having the same problem, and my dolphin version is 3.5 ! Just downloaded a fresh copy of dolphin and i can't map the triggers. It keeps popping up as axis unknown ... It seemed that the issue was fixed in 3.5 so clearly something is wrong for me. Could somebody spare a couple of minutes to help ? EDIT: Was mapping the wrong key; problem solved ! |
