Ok so my daughter's portal of power on her Wii stopped working so I was thinking I could use my son's from his 360 on dolphin 3.5 is that at all possible?
And what would I need to do if so?

It looks like the Xbox 360 Portal of Power is not cross-compatible. The 3DS, Wii and PS3 versions are interchangeable. If you want to try it anyway, here are some instructions:

Yeah I read through that the other day. I did download the driver setup "spyrowebworldportaldriver.exe" from http://universe.skylanders.com/play last night but that's as far as I got and my kids have been playing all day so I'll let you know if I get anywhere on it tonight.
