Can This PC Run Dolphin - DolphinatorMan - 04-28-2013 Yes i know my other thread asking if my pc can run dolphin is up, but this is my other pc. It is quite different so i thought it would be best to just create another thread for it. Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 820 Processor 2.80 GHz OS: Windows 7 64 bit RAM: 6.00 GB Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 4200, Its built in I will be using Dolphin Emulator Version 3.5, and i will be playing Super Mario Galaxy 1/2 and Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword. First question is, can my PC run these games at a decent FPS as it is? Second question, if not, can i run these games at a decent fps (30-50) without getting a different processor, with only replacing my graphics card? And if so, what graphic card would you recommend, my budget is around 75$. Your help is greatly appreciated, thanks for reading! RE: Can This PC Run Dolphin - AnyOldName3 - 04-28-2013 Both of those games are too demanding to get fullspeed with your processor. They're also going to be too much for that GPU, even at 1x IR. RE: Can This PC Run Dolphin - rpglord - 04-28-2013 It certanly can run dolphin and some games, but not the ones you mentioned RE: Can This PC Run Dolphin - Zee530 - 04-28-2013 Dolphin is more cpu dependent, but as said, you really need a new graphics card, you could also try overclocking the cpu, but if the card is bottlenecking the cpu at 1x, you still wont get any speedup. |
