Hey, is it possible to gain unlimited money and health in games in the gamecube/wii games?

It's one of Dolphin's many silly features, yes. Make sure "Enable Cheats" is checked in Config > General; the actual cheat options can be found in a game's properties (right-click > Properties; use this one if no game's open) or in Tools > Cheats Manager (use this one in-game). (Note that Gekko cheats cannot be toggled in-game due to how Gekko cheats work.)
Also, 3.5-367 is old shit, use a newer build from the official site: http://dolphin-emu.org/download/ (Just copy over your User folder, replacing the new build's. And change your sig!)
