So your saying disabling background processes like explorer.exe will do nothing to improve performance? I would very much like to see you prove that *grabs popcorn*.

Also defraging will have no effect on performance since HDD speed does not bottleneck dolphin in any way.

I also want to know why you resurrected a thread that died 8 months ago just to call everyone in it wrong?

newbez ur dum....this does work because certain background process aka you antivirus and explorer.exe and svhost.exe all use some cpu and can use up to 15% of you cpu at one time! so game booster disables all of this plus a bunch of process for those of you with low ram aka 2gigs or lower to give you an extra like 100-250 mb ram boost lol Tongue it does work and it works great...especially with ramdisk installed...for thos of you with 6+ gigs of ram! Tongue it does work cuz i get like 5-10 extra fps and since windows 7 has been installed i get like 15 extra compared to piece of SHIT VISTA! lol Tongue
