Try with ThrottleStop... but make sure, your CPU don't get to hot!

Does anybody knows how I can force turbo boost to 2,6GHz with ThrottleStop?

I don't know how to force turbo boost, but if you lower the graphic options and raise the CPU clock speed, you can bring up your frame rate and game speed. just be careful if you do so as you can cause games to freak out if you do this, and some games (like the need for speed series) will begin to lag if you set the CPU clock too high.
