Probabily AC3, i really love the franchise (i hate Ubisoft and its CS though). Naval mission were pretty fun and i was lucky enough to play the game with 0 FPS issues.

2 hours of HALO 4 about 22 hours before 2012 finished have convinced me that it is definitely a close runner up in my list.
