Awesome work man!
I'm having a bit of trouble though. Is there anything special you have to do to load these textures? All of my other HD textures for Dolphin load fine, but for some reason these SA2B textures don't load at all.
This is how I've installed them:

I'm running Dolphin 3.0-917 in Direct3D 9 mode. (Same results in OpenGL and D3D11.)
"Texture cache" is set to "safe".
"Load custom textures" is enabled.
Yet none of the textures have changed!

Any idea what I could be missing?

Phew it's been a while, sorry about that. Oh wow, those look amazing Alek and Perfect! I'll send you guys PMs about a community version of a texture pack that bands ours all together.
I haven't been able to find the time to continue much on this texture pack at the moment due to work, life etc. but hopefully I'll be be able to do a little more work on it soon though Oh and some other things a little special for other games too.
