Actually, the AX HLE is a big improvement of HLE. I wouldn't say, that this is a completely new feature.

Yep, HLE will be almost as good as LLE.

Keep in mind that 4.0 will still keep us busy for a while, so it's not like 4.0 will follow a month after 3.whatever.
