For Metroid Prime 1 & 2 there's nothing wrong at all in Dolphin, but try complete the entire Metroid Prime 3 game in Dolphin without one single crash, that's what's wrong with it.
The game in general is a excellent game but it's gonna take a while to finally be able to enjoy it in Dolphin as with MP 1 & 2
