Meh, I can't stand the viewing angles and glossy coating on mac monitors personally. And as I'm sure you know you could have built a pc with the same specs for a lot less money. You'll have to leave SSAA and pixel lighting off with that video card since that insane resolution will cause dolphin to set the internal resolution to either 2560 x 1440 (16:9 fractional), 1920 x 1440 (4:3 fractional/3x integral), or 2160 x 1440 (3:2 3x integral) depending on the aspect ratio of the game and whether you have the efb scale set to integral or fractional. Other than that it should do great as long as you're running dolphin using bootcamp.
