RE: Dolphin-emu's unofficial SVN build : 3661 - aazv14 - 07-12-2009 please someone fix that black screen for wind waker RE: Dolphin-emu's unofficial SVN build : 3661 - LuisR14 - 07-12-2009 (07-11-2009, 02:15 PM)AllenSword Wrote: I don't mean to sound pushy, but would someone help us out as to why the directx plugin only gives us black screens, and the opengl plugin only gives us yellow and sky blue screens!?! Also, if anyone else has this problem please say so, whenever I've been running Super Smash Bros Melee for the past five versions, I get seven windows in a row all saying "postmx stream 20 not supported". The nuber 20 changes to 17 or 15, so I just click okay, and either a black screen or a white screen (graphical error) so I just click start on the controller, and after I go to the menu, the game crashes. The highest speed on this game is now 3fps. The highest speed I ever got while PLAYING this game was 20-24 fps. PLAYING in bold to emphasize vs mode. I think this is definetly a graphics plugin issue, because of the postmx error. PLEASE HELP!the dx plugin doesn't actually work >_>, only the opengl plugin (or the dx plugin in my sig) RE: Dolphin-emu's unofficial SVN build : 3661 - Xtreme2damax - 07-12-2009 The old DX9 plugin is no longer working in the newer revisions Luis, the new plugin specifications changed making that plugin completely obsolete. Only way to use the DX9 plugin now is to use an older revision, and sacrifice all the fixes contained in the newer revisions except for the sound fixes (Replace DSP_HLE plugin with one from the newer revisions).. You could also wait for a new DirectX plugin or the existing DX9 plugin to be updated, not sure how long it would take but it doesn't seem like a high priority concern of the developers at the time. RE: Dolphin-emu's unofficial SVN build : 3661 - manaurys - 07-12-2009 why cant be make a DX9 plugin good as opengl it would welcome hundreds of new users if it not thousands also this is a 5 start emulator even so RE: Dolphin-emu's unofficial SVN build : 3661 - LuisR14 - 07-12-2009 (07-12-2009, 03:27 PM)Xtreme2damax Wrote: The old DX9 plugin is no longer working in the newer revisions Luis, the new plugin specifications changed making that plugin completely obsolete.hmm interesting (looks like i'll have to remove it from my sig then v_v)
