Yes it does, download a newer revision. It's not perfect yet, and will take a bit before it's perfected. Windwaker, Twilight Princess (GC), and Super Mario Galaxy have working sound and music.

The Gamecube and Wii are quite a bit more difficult to emulate due to lack of documentation, strange formats, opcodes and other things that make it a nightmare to emulate properly.

It wasn't until very recent that breakthroughs in GC/Wii emulation were made due to lack of proper tools and documentation. At one point development on Dolphin was almost discontinued.

It is possible that someday Dolphin will achieve the functionality and compatibility similar to Pcsx2, where a lot of titles are working without problems. Just give it some time, Pcsx2 itself wasn't even that good in terms of performance and compatibility up until the last year or two.
