Emulator Speed - Herklotz - 04-25-2012

Some games run at only 20 FPS, for example Zelda Wind Waker. I have something configured incorrectly?
PC Specs:
Athlon II 250 3.0Ghz
Transcend 2x2GB 1333Mhz DDR3
500gb Sata2 7200rpm
eVGA GT430 1GB GDDR3 DirectX 11 support
Emulator: 3.0-592-dirty
Someone help me set it right?
PD: I play in 1024x768 (yes, CRT monitor xD)
PD2: I'm new on Dolphin[/color]

You're wrong, I have a friend with the same PC and old video card and it works better.
I just downloaded the latest version of Dolphin and was doing well now! (30 FPS

He means too slow for more demanding games and LLE.
But yeah, it is so slow...
(Not one to talk, last pc was a pentium 4.)
