I've got one of these cheapo dongles. It looks like the one in your link and works well enough with my third-party wiimotes.
The first one I received was DOA though...

Ohh? I have my belkin one I used with Toshiba Stack, but my wiimote disconnects instantly after connecting it now. =/ I have no clue why. I've done sooooo many things to try and make it work again.
