Constant Disconnect From Pandora's Tower - Anticipation - 04-15-2012

Hello, I have been using Dolphin for a while now to play my wii games. (played the last story at constant 30 fps) Today I received my copy of Pandora's Tower, only to be smacked with a constant message

"communications with the wii remote have been interrupted"
Every few seconds depending on the scenario is disconnects and I have to Alt+f5 to gain control again.

I tried reconnecting the remote, resetting the bluetooth device, etc. Still the issue persists. I'm currently running v3.0-591 to get the text to work properly.

Specs,
Intel i5 overclocked at 4.76 ghz
8 gb corsair ram
Nvidia 550 gti

Just curious if it's some setting that i'm missing, or if anyone else has encountered this.

Thank you!

Edit: I tried the game on 3.0 and it has the same issue.

Same, I am going to try and use an Xbox controller instead and see what I get. Perhaps it is only to do with the Wii mote control schemes

Try alternate timing in the game properties.
