Your GPU isn't the problem, your CPU is. If you follow my guide you can get two cores running at 2.3GHz (or more) and that will help. Other than that, you need a better PC with a stronger processor for a lot of games to run fast.

One more thing - it's better to use desktop pc for Dolphin. First - laptops have weaker CPU and GPU for a price of twice more powerful desktop.
Second - overheating problems. There's nowhere to put a massive heatsink in a laptop, so it's usually high rpm fan with awful noise at full load, working as good vacuum cleaner, gathering dust inside and causing overheating. And it's much harder to clean laptops - alot of screws and small parts must be removed and then installed back.

Also most laptop have cheap low quality TN screens with narrow viewing angles and bad colours.
