Dolphin.exe - System Error - runic - 04-12-2012
I just downloaded Dolphin 3.0-589 but it's not even running. I get this error when I double click on the Dolphin icon.
"The program can't start because VCOMP100.DLL is missing fromyour computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
I don't understand the error. I've tried to download this multiple times with the last being successful. Can someone help me with this problem?
