NVIDIA FXAA (301.24) is working with dolphin? - hyperspeed - 04-11-2012 It said "that can be applied to any program, including those which do not support other forms of hardware-based AA" So, Can we use FXAA in any emulator?
RE: NVIDIA FXAA (301.24) is working with dolphin? - ExtremeDude2 - 04-11-2012 I think I read someone say that it doesn't work with dolphin, but I could be wrong. RE: NVIDIA FXAA (301.24) is working with dolphin? - NaturalViolence - 04-11-2012 It should work. They added FXAA shaders almost a year ago that work with dolphins openGL backend. Now that they've ported it to HLSL it works with d3d9 and d3d11 so they finally added an option to the nvcp. Quote:So, Can we use FXAA in any emulator? You've been able to do this for years now. You don't need a special driver to use fxaa with an emulator. RE: NVIDIA FXAA (301.24) is working with dolphin? - hyperspeed - 04-11-2012 (04-11-2012, 05:42 AM)NaturalViolence Wrote: It should work. Thanks NaturalViolence. But, will it work with all dolphin?(r7483 for example) or just with new ones? (04-11-2012, 05:42 AM)NaturalViolence Wrote: It should work. And in "Now that they've ported it to HLSL" here you mean the NVIDIA guys? (04-11-2012, 05:42 AM)NaturalViolence Wrote: You've been able to do this for years now. BTW, FXAA from nvcp, will it work with ePSXe (with pete openGL 2 2.9) and PCSX2(with GSDX) ? RE: NVIDIA FXAA (301.24) is working with dolphin? - AnyOldName3 - 04-11-2012 I get the impression you turn it on in your equivalent of catalyst. RE: NVIDIA FXAA (301.24) is working with dolphin? - NaturalViolence - 04-11-2012 Quote:Thanks NaturalViolence. All of them. Quote:"They" , here you mean the devs, right. By they I mean nvidia. We're talking about nvidias fxaa implementation here. Quote:BTW, FXAA from nvcp, will it work with ePSXe (with pete openGL 2 2.9) and PCSX2(with GSDX) ? As long as you're not using software rendering it should. Quote:I get the impression you turn it on in your equivalent of catalyst. Yes, nvcp (nvidia control panel). RE: NVIDIA FXAA (301.24) is working with dolphin? - hyperspeed - 04-11-2012 Thank you very much @NaturalViolence I made a test with dolphin and YEAH "it's beautiful".
NVIDIA FXAA + DOLPHIN - roger64 - 08-18-2012 Someone tell me if the Dolphin 3.0-751 or higher already officially support FXAA ?
RE: NVIDIA FXAA (301.24) is working with dolphin? - ExtremeDude2 - 08-18-2012 It always has, and every other game ever made RE: NVIDIA FXAA (301.24) is working with dolphin? - NaturalViolence - 08-18-2012 Officially no. It has to be added through an injector. |
