But if he had a Sandy Bridge i5 or i7 the GPU would bottleneck the CPU I think.

So i'll be able to run it just not that well? I can run most current games like arkham city maxed out at 720p i understand this is different but just sayin. I need a bluetooth adapter anyone know of a good store to buy a cheap one at?

Dolphin is CPU dependent while most PC games are GPU dependent, as we've said you have a good GPU, it will handle PC games well but your CPU will struggle with emulators

will it atleast be able to run it as well as my wii I don't want to buy a bluetooth dongle if it doesnt.

The Wii runs it at full speed so no, it will not run nearly as good as your Wii.

Able to what with Skyward Sword? Run it? Yes. Playable? Depends on you.
I'd suggest to upgrade that CPU to a 2500K if you're willing to upgrade.
(paired with a P67/Z68 motherboard ofcourse)

Yes, and then overclock the i5-2500k to 4.4GHz and you have the ultimate Dolphin machine Wink
