Hello, residents of Isle Delfino! I am having a bit of trouble with my Super Mario Sunshine emulation. If anyone could help me, I have posted a video of it on youtube.

Under configuration, set frame limit to "auto. " That should fix your framerate issue.
As for the PS3 controller, I recommend using motionjoy, I would link it but I can't on my phone, its the first result in Google search.

Auto should work fine most of the time, but Audio is more accurate.
