Thanks a lot for all of your input guys.
As per suggestion, I enabled LLE on thread and I did overclock my CPU from 3.2 to 3.8, its stable. I may consider upgrading the CPU very soon. The audio hiccups seem to be minimal, and I can finally enjoy the game.

He may doubt that, but they had many, many starts/insects, and it wasn't dacotaco.
