The file cannot be used Because the data is corrupted. Delete the file and create a new one?

Result Could not write to/read from wii system memory. For details, please read the wii operations manual.
So im a complete newb with doplhin. just got it. Got my Mario kart ready..
Any suggestions/tips/help..or just explain to me what to do
would be greatly appreciatedthanks in advance
FIXED** Imported a mario kart saved file. and it ran right after that. perfect fix

Do i have to set up a memory card or something? cuz its saying it cant access the Wii system memory

Yeah, have you dumped and decrypted your NAND correctly?
Maybe this is responsible for this error.

Go into User/Wii/Title and delete the MK folder that was created

It says its saving for like 3 seconds then it gets to the could not write to/read from wii system

Well, try the official Dolphin 3.0 release or the newest git version.
Maybe this could fix your problem
