I know the AW files, but I don't know its format, I have tried vgstream and no luck, only one person managed to convert the ZTP AW files to PCM. Gamecube can run a program made in any language, C++ is the popular one used. They use PowerPC GCC Compiler, if there was a Delphi Gekko Compiler, then you could write games in Delphi language. They use SDKs and other non-public tools to create the audio files.
