How do you compile this source code?

I followed the guide on this Windows Build guide
and i cant seem to compile this specific code. Only the default https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/ for the Repository URL works

Well since it was committed to master anyways...just build with master
Also I just realized this is a duplicate thread, don't make those.
