Dolphin doesn't support piracy, man.
So there is no way abfab will post links for any roms except he wanted to be banned.

How is the performance of the OS? No slow down for other programs?
You sure there is no viruses or worms?
You might want to use RMCpu program to see how high your cpu speed when running Dolphin.

Just passing by, 5 fps is insanely slow on a 3.0ghz core 2 cpu. Do you have JIT Dynarec enabled? Is your antivirus interfering with dolphin?

ok
to free up some cpu and memory: start menu > run > msconfig, enter, when the window comes up go to startup tab and untick anything u dont need running when windows starts. all u need to leave is your antivirus program.
in dolphin: enable dual core, disable other audio (throttle) in the dsp hle plugin
if u dont get a raise in fps after that idk what to tell u
btw wii emulation is much slower in general than gamecube emulation
