dolphin isn't working at all - moh72 - 03-10-2012

yesterday i downloaded dolphin 3 (and 3.0-457 the latest) for windows 7 32 bit but when i click on it nothing happens!it doesn't starts. i also tried closing anti virus.
what could be the problem?

Have you installed the newest Microsoft C++ Restributable Package? Also be sure to have the latest DirectX installed.

i have something installed but i don't know if its latest Big Grin
