Resident Evil (remake) sound problem - MapMan - 03-05-2012 Hi! I'm experiencing a weird sound problem in Resident Evil (the first game remake) for gamecube. The problem is most audible during dialogues, when noise can be clearly heard. I tried a lot of trial and error solutions, picking different settings and stuff but the problem doesnt want to go away. I am sure it's "fixable" because I have another version of the game - prepacked iso with preconfigured dolphin, as an installer - and there's no such problem. Why I dont want to use the preconfigured version then? Well, it's limiting my ability to set other preferences and has some problems with saves, thats why. One thing that shall be considered is that the two versions might have two different game images, can be that EUR and USA have different sound quality or something? Thanks in advance. EDIT: I will post 2 videos showcasing the issue in a moment. Bad sound: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CrgGoZWoBgI Good sound: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=izQmIOqKsvk RE: Resident Evil (remake) sound problem - MapMan - 03-05-2012 I solved this. This was indeed difference between USA and EUR versions. The USA version works much better (higher fps, better audio). Please close this thread. |
