RE: Buy a [strong] sensorbar for Dolphin - AnyOldName3 - 03-06-2012 Isn't the purpose of having multiple LEDs in each bank to simulate one larger IR source on each side? If not then is it just a viewing angle issue, or do the WiiMotes see each LED separately and use this to calculate something? I'm actually intrigued if the size of the individual LEDs is relevant as long as the total brightness is correct. I was thinking you meant the LED itself, and the size it appeared to be when viewed from the front, but that was quite dumb of me, as 900nm is nowhere near 3mm.
