RE: Problem With Arc Rise Fantasia (v3 432) - Shonumi - 03-04-2012 I pulled this from the Dolphin Wiki for Arc Rise Fantasia: Quote:Runs between 98% and 100% with D3D9, no noticeable slowdown in game, but cut-scenes lose progressively sync with their audio (regardless of Dolphin setup). Overclocking the CPU to 3.4GHz solves the issue. Might be a speed issue with your hardware; overclocking would probably get the audio and video to sync. What's the exact CPU model in your computer? Also, Audio Throttling can be found in the Framelimit option (from the first screenshot you posted). To enable Audio Throttling, just set it to "Audio". RE: Problem With Arc Rise Fantasia (v3 432) - Audreysophie - 03-05-2012 Overclocking the CPU to 3.4 Ghz ? how the hell can I do that ? ADM Athlon 64 ,, maybe is the model. If it is not that, then I do not know RE: Problem With Arc Rise Fantasia (v3 432) - Shonumi - 03-05-2012 You have to overclock your CPU. The process is different for every motherboard, as it's done through the BIOS. Assuming you're on Windows XP, you can find out the exact model of your CPU by going to the Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance and click on System. It should tell you what model it is and what your clock speed is. I still don't know what specific CPU you're using, but it might be too slow to properly play anyway. If it's an old, single core Athlon 64, I don't think it'll perform anywhere near as good as the 3.4GHz the user on the wiki mentions, even if you overclocked it to that speed. His/her CPU is an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550, which I imagine runs Dolphin a lot faster than any single core Athlon 64. RE: Problem With Arc Rise Fantasia (v3 432) - skid - 03-05-2012 Try changing DSound to XAudio2. If you have an Athlon 64 (i.e. your PC is around 7 years old), your PC is way too slow to play this game in Dolphin. RE: Problem With Arc Rise Fantasia (v3 432) - Audreysophie - 03-05-2012 Now that is a very bad new. I am very sad... To no be able to over the problem. I hope I'll when I'll get a Mac for my second university session. I tried the xAudio 2, the audio is slower but still way too fast. I have a dual core. Athlon RE: Problem With Arc Rise Fantasia (v3 432) - admin89 - 03-05-2012 Mac = noob + no overclocking + overprice It's probably slow as well unless it has core i3 2120/i5 2500 + Nvidia/AMD middle class GPU Build your own PC with an i5 2500k @ 4.4Ghz + Nvidia GTX 560 |
