hello my question is ? is my CPU fast enough for dolphin emulator
windows 7
processor: Pentium ® Dual Core T4500 2,3GHZ
videocard:Mobil Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family
memory: 4,0 GB

Not really, especially for demanding games such as Super Mario Galaxy.

I don't see why it wouldn't. The Intel Mobile Express Series 4 chipsets use the GMA X4500, which, as Wikipedia claims at least, supports Shader Model 4.0. It should support PS 2.0 at a minimum. My own GMA X3100 does, and I think it's older than the GMA X4500.
