hi im up to where the danger poster is but i cant get it off it just keeps bouncing back i can pull of table cloths so it shouldnt be that hard should it? i think it might be a glitch how do i know?

I doubt it's a glitch. Are you sure you're supposed to suck on that poster at all? If you're supposed to suck it up (hmm) then try all sorts of angles to get it right.
