RE: Compatible wii Hardware List - 2green - 09-13-2012 Dolphin: 3.0-716-dirty wiimote: New 2 in 1 Motion Plus. brand: Chinese / unknown bought from : E-bay, Sold new by several sellers. Bluetooth : Trust 4.0 Bluetooth dongle Bluetooth ID: (will fill this in later) Sensor bar: Speedlink wireless sensor bar (black) Bought from: Tweakers.net OS: Ubuntu 12.04 Working: Everything. not working: - Wii controller plus worked with dolphin on Ubuntu 12.04 without installing any drivers. No need to make a Bluetooth connection first. Just run Dolphin, select 'real wii mote' and press 1 + 2 on controller. Works perfect. Will update this review after the weekend when I had time to play a few more games. Extremely cheap device for 15 euro's, includes nunchuck and silicon cover. Both divices feel almost as solid as the original ones. The controller still works fine, but the plus functionality seems to be buggy. I'm not sure my controller is broken. I'm returning it for repair/replacement and will test again. It's being shipped out as we speak. I plan on using it in Linux Mint 13, so I was wondering if there's anything special I need to do in order to connect it. My bluetooth is a Rocketfish Micro Bluetooth (RF-MRBTAD) and Linux Mint detected it with no problems. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks. RE: Compatible wii Hardware List - ExtremeDude2 - 10-09-2012 As long as it actualy works you should be fine XD RE: Compatible wii Hardware List - Fadore - 10-12-2012 Dolphin: 3.0-776-dirty wiimote: Remote+ brand: Biogenik bought from : EB Games Bluetooth : ASUS Bluetooth (integrated) Bluetooth ID: Sensor bar: None Bought from: N/A OS: Windows 7 x64 Working: Remote not working: N/A RE: Compatible wii Hardware List - Soopah - 12-06-2012 http://www.amazon.fr/dp/B009ACAKYU/ref=asc_df_B009ACAKYU10887148/?tag=googlefrshopp-21&creative=22926&creativeASIN=B009ACAKYU&linkCode=asn will this pack work with dolphin? RE: Compatible wii Hardware List - AnyOldName3 - 12-06-2012 As long as you change the resistors to weaker ones, then it isn't too hard to convert to USB. RE: Compatible wii Hardware List - mbc07 - 12-06-2012 Well I already have contributed to a thread like this but my post are gone now (not sure why). So, here is my contribution to this list: From: Jhonn Dolphin: tested in r6515, 3.0, 3.0-864 and 3.0-712 [wii-network] Wiimote: Wiimote without Motion Plus Integrated (RVL-CNT-01), Nunchuck and Motion Plus Separate Accessory Brand: Genuine Wiimote and Nunchuck from Nintendo. Fake (unknown manufacturer) Motion Plus Accessory Bought from: Local Reseller Bluetooth: ISSC EDR Bluetooth Adapter Bluetooth ID: USB\VID_1131&PID_1004 Brand: OEM, from Multilaser (uses ISSC chip internally) Bought from: Local Reseller Sensor bar: DIY bar, only 2 IR LEDs Bought from: Home made OS: Windows 7 x64, Windows 8 x64 Working: Tested only with one remote connected (can't test with more wiimotes). Everything works fine in all games that I have, as expected Not working: Widcomm bluetooth stack aren't compatible with this BT adapter (MS, BlueSoleil and Toshiba stacks works fine, tested all of them) Notes: If you don't have the TR model, ALWAYS use the MS stack: the other stacks gave me poor results compared to the default MS Stack that come in Windows 7/Windows 8 |
