a rom is a rip from a flash storage device like a gba cartridge. An ISO is a rip from a disk image therefor an ISO Cannot be called a ROM

The FX 5200 is not compatible with Dolphin, it is unlikely the DX9 plugin will even work. The FX 5200, 5500 etc had very poor shader model 2.0 support, and at a result most games that utilised shader model 2.0 would either not work or exhibit problems with the Geforce FX 5200/5500 or any FX line of cards.

Also a Pentium 4 is quite weak for CPU intensive emulators such as Dolphin and Pcsx2, even if you could get any games working expect them to be very slow like watching a slide show.

What you need is a new system, or if you don't want to spend a lot of money on hardware you can play on your Gamecube/Wii. Wink

My old computer was a P4 running at 2.53 ghz with a geforce fx 5500, and man did it suck. It would only work with the directx plugin and once you played a game it ran crazy slow. 13 FPS in menu's for SSBM and 5 FPS in game, it wasn't even playable.

actually a rom is Read-Only Memory, and yes an ISO can be called a ROM (cuz what did it come from, right a CD/DVD-ROM Tongue)
