Are there any mirrors for the latest version of Dolphin? I keep getting disconnected from the download site on this site and my download doesnt complete.
So are there any morrows or any palce I can download the latest version?

Games wont start if Open AL is selected for sound.

You require to have OpenAL installed on you're computer to use OpenAL

I'm not sure, I think devs are working on LLE more now

No OpenAL is just another sound system it makes no difference.
The DSP plugin is what matters to get the sound working in those games.
