What happened? - BlackLionPT - 06-09-2009 What happened to dolphin in this lastest SVN's? Dolphin is getting more and more slow! Before this new ones, I could play Sonic unleashed at 50 Frames (more than normal), and now, the max i can get is 28! Even with the new RE JIT.... So, any sugestions? RE: What happened? - nosound97 - 06-09-2009 Try really latest, every game works fine for me RE: What happened? - BlackLionPT - 06-09-2009 I'm using the lastest SVN, and it's REALY slow.... RE: What happened? - ThuGie - 06-09-2009 I have no problem everything pretty much runs at full speed for me.. At least the games that work. RE: What happened? - KHRZ - 06-09-2009 Maybe he forgot configurations such as dual core RE: What happened? - BlackLionPT - 06-12-2009 nop, i got every single think in is right place. The only think, is than before, for example, sonic unleashed, without Real XFB, it use to be slow (like now), and, with real XFB acivated, it use to be super fast. Now, wen I activate the real XFB, it gets slower! Men, the graphics are really good, but the speed..... Anyone knows wath happened to real XFB? Isn't there a way to implement OLD real XFB as an option to select, so wii games get faster? (and sorry for my super hyper mega poor English) RE: What happened? - Crashdance22 - 06-17-2009 I also noticed SVN 3404 is slower than previous builds. I saw a video on YouTube by nosound97 running his system at 2.xGHz with SVN 3300 x86. I have a much faster system than his but I was wondering why Dolphin was actually running slower for me. Apparently as the emulator progresses it can/will get faster or slower, depending on what the devs are doing to it. Maybe they're trying to optimize the core but are going through some trial and error? RE: What happened? - cmccmc - 06-17-2009 no there working on projection issues, LLE sound and trying to get wifi working properly. There not doing much to the core right now RE: What happened? - BlackLionPT - 06-17-2009 Then, why so many games are getting sooooo slow? Well, by now, they are working on graphic insues, yes, but does that afects soo much the speed? Like, a game that use to can run at 120 FPS, now can't even run at 50? RE: What happened? - mudlord - 06-17-2009 Thats accuracy for you. Ector does not like hacks: we must respect his wishes. |
