Mortal Kombat Deception Missing Text - envisaged0ne - 03-28-2009
Okie, I've been working on this for a while with no success.
When trying to run MKD, I can't get any of the text in the menu's to show. So knowing what to select gets kinda tricky. I've tried adjusting just about everything possible. And tried several revisions from 2630 till the most recent. So, has anyone else noticed this problem? Since it says it plays perfectly, I dunno if it's a bug on newer versions of Dolphin, or just unique to me.
If it matters I'm running...
Intel 2.2 Ghz E2200
2 GB RAM
GeForce 9400 GT
Of course, all updates have been installed. All other games play just fine, so I'm hesitant to think it's a hardware issue.

I have the same issue. It seems it's a problem with the newer revisions only, though. With SVN R 2037 it works OK, except for the crashes and occasional freezes.

Okie. On older revisions when it worked, how could you get past the TLB error? Since newer revisions have it enabled by default. But I couldn't find a way to enable it on versions piror to 2630.

right click on your game -> Properties -> Edit Config
Under [CORE] write

Im having too the problem on the newest Dolphin. Is there any solution for that missing text or we need to wait to the new version of Dolphin to fix that?

I'm trying rev 3404 but same problem...
If anyone knows how to solve this, please!!! I really love this game & and would like to play it at 100%
It's supossed that new rev of emu fix this problem but... it stills...

in newer revision (3711) i haven't text problem.only random freezes.
In your opinion which is better,newest or 2037?

I'm using the latest revision, 3867. And for this and a few revisions back, MK Deception keeps freezing at the loading screen at the beginning of the game. Has anyone else noticed this prob?

Yes, I had the same problem! in 3972, 4273, etc!
My specs. intel c2d 2.0ghz, 3giga ram, Geforce 8500 GT
In 2037 my fps 13-19
