I just disabled all features to see if ztp gets any better

enable EFB Copy to Texture
or
enable Accurate Texture
or
use the search button for Zelda Twilight Princess and find recommended settings

Using incorrect settings can cause visual issues.

The correct setting for ztp must be :
_EFB copy to Ram (for the map )
_Untick Accurate texture (disable safe texture cache)
Do this before you run that game ,change setting ingame will cause wierd image
