Is it possible to increase FPS by decreasing Graphics' quality 'cause in some games.. - souravstar - 03-16-2011 Is it possible to increase FPS by decreasing Graphics' quality 'cause in some games I have slow downs like Sonic Colors. I don't mean totally make a layer or effect disable, I mean just decreasing the quality a little bit. Only if your gpu is not fast enough to handle your current settings. EFB scale, pixel lighting, pixel depth, and anti-aliasing all heavily impact gpu load. But that´s not the case for all games and Dolphin, since there is other factors that could play a vital role in speed. Hyrule Field in TP is an perfect example of that. But then again with good hardware there is no reason to cut the eye candy. |
