Trouble running Wind Waker - Jazzmanmaster - 03-12-2011

Hi, first time user of Dolphin here. I just recently downloaded the latest Dolphin emulator version on the site and found a ROM for Wind Waker. After getting the game all extracted over to an ISO and configuring my controller, I was ready to pwn some face.

When I'm in the game on the first island, outside I get speeds of anywhere from 65% - 75%. The only time I get 100% speed is when I'm in a menu or in a house. I was wondering if I had bad specs and if that's the problem, considering I've tried every combination known to man kind (or at least one would think so, lolz)

PC Specs:
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 260
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 x2 5400+ 2.8Ghz
Hdrive: 160 GB
Ram: 4GB(2x2GB) DDR2 GSkill 1000Mhz
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

RE: Trouble running Wind Waker - dannzen - 03-12-2011

you dumped your original game and used the iso...
you cant find a ROM of Wind Waker... because ROM's are GB/SNES/etc... named backups
ROM = iam a snes/n64 emu noob kiddy

use dxd9 graphic
and select in the advanced option
copy to texture (standard copy to ram)

your cpu is to slow to run most of the games at 100%...
my i7@3.8ghz is running nearly everything fine
my i3@2.8ghz(laptop) is running most of the games with 25-28fps = 80-90%

and you got a old amd cpu... dont expect much
