While I don't expect the emulator to have native Dolby Digital emulation, I have a Creative X-Fi Titanium card with the Creative's Console Launcher software and CMSS-3D enabled that allows it to turn any audio source to virtual surround to at least "fill up" all speakers, it works amazingly well with pretty much everything except Dolphin. Why isn't it working? is there soemthing else I have to do?

Well nevermind. I got it working.
I had to use the LLE plugin and tried other builds.

switch to directsound.
Xaudio will almost never work with CMSS3D properly.

Turning that on is only going to mess up the ProLogic encoding. Just output stereo and set your reciever to ProLogic2.

CMSS3D doesn't decode pro logic anyway.

when i first read this thread i was gonna respond and ask my dolphin doesnt pop me popcorn. but, then i realized what you meant.
